Q · Short answer

Does Muse work with Salesforce, HubSpot or Google Sheets?

Not directly yet. Salesforce and HubSpot don’t appear in any public list of Muse connectors we checked, and Google Sheets has been reported by only one user. The practical route today is Zapier, whose Muse connector reaches more than 9,000 apps — or HighLevel, if you’re choosing a CRM and want one that’s built in.

Where each app stands

  • Salesforce and HubSpot: no public evidence of a Muse connector. Use Zapier to reach them, or HighLevel if you’re open to a different CRM.
  • Google Sheets, Docs and Slides: seen in a single user’s connector list but not independently confirmed. Google Drive is the confirmed way to reach your Google files.
  • PayPal: announced as coming soon, not live. Stripe is live today.
  • Railway: listed as coming soon for developers. Replit is live.

We track these on the homepage under not recommended yet and update them when a connector is shown live.

Using Zapier as the bridge

Zapier says its Muse connector reaches more than 9,000 apps and 40,000 actions once you authorize it — including CRMs, spreadsheets and form builders without their own Muse connector.

  1. 1Add Zapier in Muse under Settings → Connectors.
  2. 2Authorize it, then choose which actions Muse can run in Zapier — for example, finding a contact in your CRM or adding a row to a spreadsheet.
  3. 3Start with read-only actions, and add actions that write data only once you trust the setup.

It’s less turnkey than a dedicated connector: you configure it, and Zapier’s plan limits apply. See our full Zapier review.

If you’re choosing a CRM for Muse

HighLevel is the only dedicated CRM confirmed as a built-in Muse connector, and it’s popular with agencies running client marketing. If you’re already committed to Salesforce or HubSpot, Zapier is the way in for now. More in our best sales connectors.

If you mostly need spreadsheets

Connect Google Drive so Muse can find and read your files, and use Zapier for actions like adding rows. Our research rankings cover the other file connectors, including Dropbox and Box.

Muse connectors link Muse, Meta’s AI agent, to the apps and services you already use, so it can work in them on your behalf — reading your calendar, finding an email, sending an invoice or changing your website. Built-in connectors are managed in the Muse app under Settings → Connectors; others are added by their address as custom connectors.

How to Add a Connector to Muse (Built-In and Custom)

Open the Muse app, go to Settings → Connectors, tap Connect next to the one you want, sign in to that service and review what Muse will be able to access before you approve. Connectors that aren’t in the built-in list are added as custom connectors, using the address their maker provides.

Can Meta Muse Build a Website?

Yes, with a connector. AI Website Builder builds a modern new website from your current one as a free preview, then changes pages, sections, photos and words when you ask, with every change previewed first and undoable. For a custom app rather than a business website, Lovable is the better fit; for an online store, start with Shopify.
